PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for 9,200 SF 2-story addition to
existing 62,000 SF elementary school. Work also included complete renovation
of kitchen and servery.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
AHU in attic, VAV with rooftop DX cooling, 40 ton, replaced 2100 bhp boilers and smaller
pulse boiler to provide summer re-heat, interface with existing Andover controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New 400 amp feeder from existing 1200 amp electrical service to addition, new 55KW gas
generator for lighting and kitchen refrigeration equipment, new kitchen electrical distribution,
indoor and outdoor efficient lighting, expanded fire alarm and paging.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Renovated kitchen with all new equipment connections and floor drains,
new toilet rooms in building addition.
