PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New 20,000 SF, 2-story sanctuary and classroom building for prestigious main
line congregation, including heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electric service and
fire protection system.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Multiple modular hot water boilers, VAV re-heat system with DX cooling and central outdoor
condensing unit, office area has small packaged air handling unit to operate at different
hours from the remaining building, perimeter baseboard heating.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New utility company pad mounted transformer, 600 amp, 480-volt service, addressable
fire alarm system with kitchen hood shut down, direct/indirect fluorescent lighting
in most space, custom chandeliers in sanctuary, multifunction lighting controls
and landscape and parking lot lighting.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Full kosher commercial kitchen, gas hot water heated dishwashers, fully
sprinklered and toilet rooms on each floor.
