Ms. Helhowski came to E&M with varied experiences in higher education, K-12 education, and office and tenant spaces. She was the lead electrical engineer at a medium size consulting engineer firm.

Acting as the president and electrical engineer, her responsibilities include contract administration, financial arrangement, marketing, power distribution, emergency power, energy efficient design of lighting both interior and exterior, lighting controls, fire alarm, security, and telecommunications systems design.

Ms. Helhowski is experienced in design for all types of institutional, residential commercial, healthcare and industrial projects. She is involved in new buildings, historic preservation and renovations. Her experience spans many types of projects including schools, universities, laboratories, healthcare and religious facilities, libraries, museums, offices, commercial, retail, residential and computer facilities.
