PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New 94,000 SF, four-story elementary school. E&M was the fire protection
and technology engineer as well as LEED design professional.

LEED
Responsible along with other LEED professional team members to document,
review and set up of LEED goals achieving Gold Rating.

TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS
Fire alarm, data, voice and A/V distribution systems, paging system,
wireless GPS clock system and CCTV, card access and intrusion prevention systems.

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS
Fully sprinklered building with fire pump.
