Condition Assessments

  
 
E&M Engineering has been involved in the assessments of equipment and systems in numerous locations.
Initially the work involves the survey of the location to determine to viability and life expectancy of existing equipment.
Then based on the program for the renovation or expansion, E&M evaluates if the existing equipment and systems can be used for the new purpose or needs to be replaced. The end result is a report describing the conditions as they exist along with the recommendations for the future.
