sustainable/green design to minimize impact to the environment.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Minimal 82% efficient residential grade cast iron propane fired hot water boiler.
Closed loop ground coupled heat pump units. Air-to air energy recovery units on fans.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New underground electric service to outdoor pad mounted transformer.
Secondary service from transformer shall be 120/240, 1Ø, 3W, 400 amps.
Outdoor engine-generator operated by liquid propane fuel for selected lighting,
heat pumps, security system, telephone system, refrigerators and well water pump.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Domestic water provided from a new well on site with filtration and water softening system.
Lawn and garden sprinkler system connects to new water system.
2500 gallon buried liquid propane tank and piping distribution system.
Propane piping feeds kitchen equipment, hot tub heater, HVAC boiler,
studio hot water heater, electric generator, backup booster heater and kiln.
