E&M Engineering was founded in 1995 on the principle that "All Projects Deserve Quality Engineering." For this reason, a firm principal leads every project and a core team, with an average of 20 years experience, designs every project. The founding owner, Jon Helhowski, leads the HVAC and plumbing design while Caryn Helhowski, President, heads up the electrical team.
