Technology and alarm systems design for the new 94,000 SF elementary school. Project budgeted at $23M.

MEP/FP design for addition to the 14,000 SF and 3,300 SF mezzanine addition to manufacturing and packaging facility. Facility will include new elevator. Much of the space is Class 1, Division 2 construction.

Mechanical system upgrade for toilet exhaust systems at seven (7) dormitory buildings, two (2) air handling units at Magill Library and the dining center.

MEP/FP engineering for the 120,000 SF building air conditioning, lighting, technology and systems improvements. Second project for Red Clay School District.

Addition of air conditioning and sprinklers to historic 18th centruy theater run by University of Pennsylvania alumni and students. Inporvements include ADA upgrade of toilet rooms, addition of an elevator and compliant fire alram system.

Electrical engineering for the replacement of boilers in both buildings and the addition of cooling to the George Pepper Middle School. Work is part of the revitalization of the District infrastructure.

Electrical and technology design for 24,000 SF new kindergarten and 1st grade primary education building to compliment the existing K-5 adjacent school.

MEP engineering for gymnasium addition and facility component improvements. Improvements will include technology upgrades for classrooms, emergency and exit lighting and fire alarm replacement. Gymnasium will include MEP/FP systems for the 11,000 SF addition.

Technology, fire alarm and security engineering for the 221,000 SF high school on 6 floors with a basement.

MEP/FP engineering for the 70,000 SF building air conditioning, lighting, technology and systems improvements.

Electrical and fire protection design for 36,000 SF multi-purpose and classroom addition and 24,000 SF renovation in existing K-5 school including complete electrical system replacement and new fire service.
