E&M Engineering was founded in 1995 on the principle that "All Projects Deserve Quality Engineering." For this reason, a firm principal leads every project and a core team, with an average of 20 years experience, designs every project. The founding owner, Jon Helhowski, leads the HVAC and Plumbing design while Caryn Helhowski, President, heads up the Electrical team.

E&M Engineering offers comprehensive HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection services spanning from feasibility and conceptual studies through building startup. We are currently licensed engineers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland. Of importance to note is that we are certified with the City of Philadelphia and the State of New Jersey as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and are L.E.E.D. Accredited Professionals with the US Green Building Council.
