PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Renovation of existing emergency room suite, approximately 8,000 SF including the creation of
a cesarean section operating room. The project required phasing of construction in order to keep
the emergency room operational during the renovation.

MECHANICAL DESCRIPTION
Rework existing HVAC systems to suit new layout.

ELECTRICAL DESCRIPTION
Reworked the existing power, lighting and systems to suit the new layout.
Connections to existing normal, emergency and critical care branches.

PLUMBING DESCRIPTION
Reworked existing plumbing systems to suit the new layout and provided new medical air system.
