PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Addition of air conditioning and sprinklers to historic 2-story plus mezzanine, 6,500 SF 18th century theater run by University of Pennsylvania alumni and students. Improvements include ADA upgrade of toilet rooms, addition of an elevator and compliant fire alarm system.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Air conditioning for social hall and theater above using three air handling units including duct furnaces with roof mounted condensing units.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New 600 amp, 240 volt, 1 phase electric service, phase converters to support new 3 phase air conditioning, augmentation of fire alarm, security and emergency lighting, provisions for theatrical house lighting and general replacement of lighting in strategic areas.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Fully sprinklered ordinary hazard wet system throughout and dry in attic space. New fire pump. Fire floor toilet and lavatory replacements. Gas service with booster serving new HVAC equipment.
