PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A 10,000 addition/renovation project consisting of: Art suite including 1,800 SF renovated area and a 2,600 SF
addition plus a locker room area consisting of 2,700 SF of renovated area and a 2,800 SF addition.
Design also included the complete air conditioning of the gymnasium and auditorium.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Four (4) package rooftop units for locker room, gymnasium, auditorium and art wing. Propane duct heaters.
2-speed fans in auditorium and gymnasium for free cooling with CO2 sensors.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New pad mounted transformer with new main distribution at 480-volts, fire alarm replacement, paging
system expansion, dual switching of lighting in classrooms.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Bathroom and showers in locker room. Hydrotherapy room in training room.
