Renovation of Greenfield Mansion on the Sugarloaf Campus recently acquired by Chestnut Hill College. Work will include 40 ton chiller, air handling units with VFD's, modular boilers, new water service, 100% sprinklering, new 3 Phase electric service and distribution, new efficient lighting, generator and fire alarm expansion.

Feasibility study to evaluate growing needs of campus. Provide programming plan for property purchased including 20,000 SF and 6,000 SF house for the Head Master.

ACADEMY AT PALUMBO HIGH SCHOOL
Philadelphia, PA

Renovation of toilet rooms on four floor of the 5-story 185,206 SF building. Plumbing renovations of existing classrooms into science classrooms on the 4th floor, including water, gas and compressed air systems.

MEP Team Member for Engineering of the $100M expansion of Terminal F. Work will include central plant expansion, new food court, gangways, lounges, toilet rooms and baggage handling.

Design and documentation for replacement of all taxiway lighting fixtures with new airport standard.

MEP/FP partial renovation of 1970's school for a Charter School. Entire building is 175,000 SF with area of renovation 90,000 SF on three floors of the existing building. Work to include replacement of air handling units chillers, main electrical distribution equipment, lighting, plumbing fixtures and the addition of sprinklers to the areas being used by Mastery Charter School.

ROBERT E. LAMBERTON SCHOOL- ADDITION & RENOVATIONS

ON HOLD Renovation of 143,760 SF with addition of sprinkler system. Design of sprinkler system, fire alarm, technology, paging and sound systems for the addition of 45,000 SF for Gymnasium, Cafeteria, Music, Art and Science classrooms.

SAMUELS & SONS

MEP/FP Engineering for new 75,000 SF seafood processing facility, including 10,000 SF sales office, retail sale space. Commercial demonstration kitchen. Design using LEED guidleines without formal certification.

New Architect and New Scope to fit the budget, 6,000 SF addition with 650 SF renovation at the connection point. Overall project budget construction cost estimated to be approximately $1.8 million dollars.

New 40,000 SF building on a new site. Early Schematic Phase. Projected budget of $4.5M in Phase 1 and $2M in Phase 2.
