PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Addition to existing building that houses the offices for the administration offices; academic advising; the
Learning Center, and career development. 10,000 SF addition includes classrooms and tutoring
offices, fully air conditioned, new boiler, expanded electrical distribution and upgrades to
communications infrastructure.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Rooftop package system with DX cooling, 50-tons, perimeter baseboard heat,
hot water re-heat coils in VAV boxes.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New panelboards fed from existing building 800-amp 480-volt service for new HVAC equipment and
fluorescent lighting and 225-amp 208/120-volt service, indoor and outdoor efficient lighting, expanded
fire alarm, Cat5E wiring run through new cable tray to existing closet.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Water softener, new water service for building addition, plumbing for new bathrooms.
Building expansion is fully sprinklered with capacity to sprinkler the existing portion in the future.
