PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Engineering services for the new 35,000 SF building, replacing an existing structure destroyed by fire.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Multiple modular hot water boilers, 200 on chiller with three (3) air handling units for office area, fellowship hall and sanctuary. DDC controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
1200-amp, 277/480-volt service from PSE&G pad mounted transformer, addressable fire alarm system, recessed indirect fluorescent lighting, custom chandeliers in sanctuary, energy saving lighting controls and landscape and parking lot lighting.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Commercial kitchen, gas hot water heated dishwashers, fully sprinklered with fire pump, toilet rooms on each floor.
