PROJECT DESCRIPTION
16,000 SF mixed use building for community center including a 7,000 SF multipurpose room
and exercise facility and 9,000 SF business space. Building was funded by the Philadelphia
Housing Authority as part of a neighborhood revitalization project.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Economical buildings with five (5) packaged gas-fired rooftop HVAC units with packaged controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
600-amp, 208/120-volt service from utility pad mounted transformer. Energy efficient lighting.
Fire Alarm and CCTV security systems.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Fully sprinklered building. Water service splits to multiple hot water heaters at sink
locations. Small commercial kitchen.
