PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Two-story community center, gym, and athletic support spaces approximately 16,000 SF.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Gas infrared heat in gym with wall ventilation fans for cooling. Modular hot water boilers for
heating hot water to classroom addition baseboard and existing Father Shehan Hall baseboard.
Package rooftop A/C for computer classroom.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New pad mounted transformer and main distribution with backfeed to existing service. Expand
and relocate paging system. Sound system in gymnasium. Panels on each floor of addition
and in gym boiler room. New fire alarm system.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Limited area sprinkler in boiler and storage rooms. Relocated gas service with new
connection, new water service and sewer pipe connected to existing site. Toilet rooms
and kitchenette.
