PROJECT DESCRIPTION
90,000 SF new K through 8th grade, new Technology Rich Demonstration School linking
University of Pennsylvania with the School District of Philadelphia.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Five (5) new AHU systems, smoke exhaust for atrium, two (2) 250-ton centrifugal chillers with matching
cooling towers, two (2) 150-bhp cast-iron sectional boilers, DDC controls, 2-pipe unit ventilators in classrooms.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
13.2KV service to 2000 KVA interior unit substation with feeder risers on the north and south sides.
100 KW gas-fired generator for lighting and smoke evacuation, voice fire alarm system, Cat5E & CATV, wiring
with patching closet on the north and south sides.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
New kitchen services with 140° hot water, grease trap, multiple toilet rooms with
110° hot water, fully sprinklered.
