PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New church sanctuary addition for 700 parishioners with Narthex and renovation of existing
sanctuary into fellowship hall and classrooms.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Nave designed to quiet NC 20. 200-ton air cooled chiller, custom air handling unit, 2.4 MBTUH
modular boiler, new fuel oil system, VAV in classrooms and full DDC controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New electric service to pad mounted transformer, new fire alarm, lighting to replicate adjacent
original chapel, lighted bell tower, time clock control parking lot lighting.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Fully sprinklered in building addition and renovated areas. New toilet rooms.
