PROJECT DESCRIPTION
6,000 SF new choir wing addition and renovation to adjacent 3,000 SF
meeting room and support space.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Two (2) 5 ton split systems with DX cooling coil with constant volume supply fans. Two (2) oil-fired
hot air furnaces for heating. 500-gallon buried double wall oil tank with leak detection. Exhaust fan on the
existing flat roof to exhaust toilet rooms, basement and kitchen. Ventilation air required by code provided
by operable windows.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
100-amp circuit breaker and feeder from existing 400-amp main distribution. Decorative lighting and
controls, battery powered emergency lighting. Occupancy sensor control of toilet rooms lighting.
Expansion of existing fire alarm/burglar system.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Water main will be extended in the new basement and crawl space to feed new plumbing fixtures and
domestic water heater. 40-gallon electric hot water heater located in the new basement. A 4"
sanitary main shall collect all new and existing plumbing fixtures and reconnect to existing
4" main feeding existing septic field.
