PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Addition of cooling system to 72,900 SF building. Reuse existing heating piping and boilers and provide new air cooled chillers. Additional upgrades include bringing the fire alarm system into ADA compliance, replacement of selected lighting and emergency lighting.
