PROJECT DESCRIPTION
MEP/FP design for smaller scale 6,100 SF classroom and office addition and 1,850 SF
renovation of office, toilet room and gift shop.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Two (2) Rooftop units serving building addition with VAV for classrooms.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
1000 amp electric service from PECO pad mounted transformer for addition and to backfeed existing 400 amp service. Replacement of fire alarm system. Pendant fluorescent direct/indirect classroom and office lighting all controlled with occupancy sensors for energy savings. Decorative lobby lighting. Provisions for future expansion.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
New larger water, gas and sprinkler mains. Reconnected existing piping and supplied new ganged toilet rooms and misc. fixtures. Added sprinkler to building addition with capacity to expand to existing structure.
