PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Renovation of 3440 Market Street floors 4 and 5 for new Conference Center.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Replacement of water source heat pumps. Reconfiguration of ductwork to suit the new layout.
Addition of a 100% outside air rooftop make-up air unit for the Conference.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Power for heat pumps and new receptacles from both existing and new panelboards. New lighting
including specialty video conference lighting in the Conference Center. Data outlets with networking
equipment for the technology rich space.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Sprinkler for the Conference Center on the 5th floor.
