PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete HVAC, electrical and plumbing renovation of 12,000 SF barn/gym, 3,000 SF
addition and renovation to existing locker room and 4,000 SF addition of classrooms.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Heating only project replacing the boilers, heating and ventilating units for the locker rooms,
gas fired infrared heaters in the gym, perimeter baseboard heating in the classroom addition.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New underground electric service from campus distribution system. New lighting for
gymnasium/theater including stage lighting. New kitchen equipment connections, fire
alarm upgrade. Tele/data distribution.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
All new plumbing fixtures, hot water heater for locker room area.
Kitchen renovation supporting the gymnasium/theater.
