PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for 9,200 SF 2-story addition to
existing 62,000 SF elementary school. Work also included complete renovation
of kitchen and servery.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Mechanical systems new rooftop package units, VAV with DX cooling feeding new and two
(2) existing classrooms, 70 ton, replaced two (2) 100 bhp boilers, interface with existing Andover controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Consolidate existing scattered distribution into 1200 amp electrical service, new feeder to addition,
new 55 KW gas generator for lighting and kitchen refrigeration equipment, new kitchen electrical
distribution, indoor and outdoor efficient lighting, expanded fire alarm and paging.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Renovated kitchen with all new equipment connections and floor drains,
new toilet rooms in building addition.
