MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Three residential type gas fired blower units with DX cooling and matching
condensing units. Toilet exhaust fans.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New 400 amp electric services with panelboards on the each floor. Energy efficient
T5 fluorescent lighting, occupancy sensors, battery operated emergency and exit lighting.
Ceiling fans for added comfort on the upper level.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Plumbing distribution with battery powered sump pump in basement.
Standard commercial grade plumbing fixtures. Fully sprinklered.
