PROJECT DESCRIPTION
15,000 SF renovation plus an 18,000 SF new addition to
house sanctuary and classrooms.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Air cooled water chiller, VAV and constant volume air handling units, modular
gas-fired water boilers, DDC controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
800 amp, 277/480-volt secondary service from PECO pad mounted transformer, 277-volt
fluorescent, T-8 lamps, compact fluorescent with electronic ballasts throughout. Dimming
with four scene-preset for sanctuary lighting. Fire alarm and emergency generator.
