PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Lower School expansion including the 19,000 SF addition for performance/meeting room,
arts wing and music spaces and the 13,000 SF addition for gymnasium and after
school classroom spaces.

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
H&V unit with duct mounted DX coil for after care rooms. Baseboard heating in
office and lockers. Wall exhaust fans in gym. DDC controls.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
New pad mounted transformer, new fire alarm system, energy efficient lighting.

PLUMBING SYSTEMS
Fully sprinklered. Hot water for sinks and locker rooms.
